Concerns page

To find a customer concern, either:

• Select a type of concern, or
• Enter a keyword and click the search icon .
  

Matching concerns are listed along with the price.

To select a concern, click .

• The icon turns green and the concern is added to the Selected services list on the right.

To deselect a concern and remove it from the Selected Services list, either:

• Click beside the concern , or
• Click in the Selected Services list.

Customers and dealership personnel can complete symptom surveys on the Concerns page in order to effectively describe and communicate specific vehicle problem areas.

Any surveys completed in Online Scheduler appear on the Concerns page with the associated customer concern:

Surveys can be reviewed, edited or deleted as needed by the advisor using the icons on the right :

If the advisor adds a concern, they are prompted to select from the list of available surveys if more details are needed:

If the advisor selects a survey, it opens and can be completed:

The advisor can complete both the main and dealership-only sections of the template.

Note: The same type of survey can be used for more than one concern.

At the bottom of the window, the survey can be printed, canceled or saved. If saved, the window is closed and the survey appears beside the concern.

Note: Deleting a concern also deletes the associated survey.

 

Review the recalls for this vehicle and adjust as needed. All vehicle updates default to selected.

Remove a vehicle update by deselecting it as described in the Customer Concerns section.

Note: Recall data also appear on the Vehicle Health page under the Services tab. Items can be selected/de-selected from either location.

Note: If a recall is deselected for a Nissan or Infiniti vehicle, the Deferred Recall survey window appears to capture the reason for the deferrment:



The recall number and description are pre-populated and not editable. A reason selection is mandatory but there is no pre-selected default.

The right side of the page shows the currently selected services, including the parts, labor and total prices. These services are used to build the RO.

1. Note the icon (if enabled) which indicates if the customer has a service contract.
2. Change the pay type if necessary. The available types are set by your dealership based on your DMS values.
   • If enabled for your dealership, update the prices as needed.
3. Enter a service line comment if desired.
   • On the tablet, click in the comment box then activate SIRI or Speech-to-Text to dictate the comment.

Note: If using an iPad, be careful when dictating a comment to SIRI about air conditioning. It is important to say "Air Conditioning", not "AC", as SIRI will display "A/C" but the "/" is not an acceptable character to the DMS and the push will fail.

4. Review the totals.
